Creativity meets Tech: This unique two-day leadership program explores the paradigm shifts taking place in the creative ecosystem that are impacting leadership skill sets and driving new sources of value for all stakeholders. This mini-program is for the shapers, and navigators who want to lead their clients on new value-centric journeys.

MODULE I: PARADIGM SHIFTS AND ECOSYSTEMS
As we enter the 3rd industrial revolution, business is surrounded by paradigm shifts that provide opportunity for disruption and innovation – for businesses agile enough to exploit this opportunity at a time of crisis. This is a world of bold decisions, risks and new platform based business models. Prosumers are the new norm as we move from inside out pipeline thinking to outside in value generation. This session explores the new skills sets, business models and the connectivity required for creative organizations to
thrive in an environment where audiences are flipping and we are starting to pay consumers to engage with our products.
MODULE II: HYBRID LEADERSHIP
This module explores agile leadership skills required by creative executives engaging in new hybrid styles of leadership – in response to external pressures such as consultancy, digital, tech, measurement, etc. To build new levels of trust with employees, clients and consumers leaders today need to be part Social Scientist, part Techie, part Consultant and part Accountant. Leaders need to become conduits of value, not just providers of products and services. This module helps executives develop a better understanding of both the new context and simple ways of measuring their effectiveness as leaders in that context, as well as generate an action plan for their own personal leadership development.

MODULE III: CREATIVE CONSULTING
As organizations realize that enduring value comes from creativity and innovation and leaders notice that creativity and innovation cannot be coerced from people, the skill of consulting is gaining both awareness and interest. The role of the consultant is to pay attention to the group and the process, so that the group can focus their attention on the ideas and issues on the ‘table’. In this module we will look into and use methods that:
✓ Tap into the creativity that exists in any group of employees, no matter what level
✓ Generate creative new ideas and knowledge knowing how to select a range of appropriate processes for the occasion
✓ Instantly mobilize the structural creative and innovation capabilities of the organization to create value and solve problems
✓ Leaders at all levels, in formal people manager roles and in matrix management roles, will generate benefits from by being better able to facilitate creativity and innovation in those they lead and those who report to them
MODULE IV: AI and Tech Forces
As part of the Paradigm Shift facing agencies, there are certain ‘Tech Forces’ that will inevitably shape our futures, and Creative Leaders need to be aware of their implications for value creation and organizational growth, both in terms of people and processes. On the program, we will explore the impact of Kelly’s 12 Forces as a framework for future scenario building. Becoming: Cognifying: Flowing: Screening: Accessing: Sharing: Filtering: Remixing: Interacting: Tracking: Questioning: Beginning. This allows participants to evaluate their business models and value propositions from a helicopter position, and better understand how to create future tech blueprints for their agencies.
